My baking journey began at just 11 years old, helping at the local bakery where my mom worked. Watching cakes transform under the hands of a skilled decorator made me fall in love with baking. Even back then, seeing customers smile because of something I helped create gave me purpose.

But like most stories worth telling, mine includes a few setbacks. Two years after moving to a new city I was able to take a Home Economics class, where I unexpectantly faced bullying, which made me walk away from my passion. But it never left me.

Years later, touring the Louisiana Culinary Arts Institute rekindled that spark. I dove back into the world of food. For the next 20 years, I learned everything I could, baking for friends and family. Their encouragement eventually led me to pursue a degree in Baking and Pastry Management.

Though COVID disrupted my formal education, I graduated with honors, being trained in many styles including French and Italian. I learned from award-winning chefs and even studied in Florence, Italy. Upon completion, I began searching for Baker roles within my company. After ten months of closed doors, I realized I was done waiting for permission. I wanted to create and connect—directly. I wanted to see the smiles again. So, I started my own home-based bakery.

Baking Me Crazy hasn’t always been easy. But when things get tough, I remind myself: I’m doing this for you, not just for me. Every Macaron, cookie, and brownie is a thank-you—for your support, your encouragement, and belief in me.
